The Company was incorporated
in February 2001 and secured investment in excess of AUD $600,000
from Original-IT Investments Pty Ltd.
Since then, the company has seen a steady growth in the business
turnover and in the range of products available to the market.
GecOz has developed the RADARMAP family of products and SaltSAR
is the first product to be launched.
The Company has filed Australian and international patent applications
for the SaltSAR technology.
GecOz is the only company in the world to have developed proprietary
technology thatenables the interpretation of the raw SAR data into
salinity maps.
Radar data also has multiple commercial uses including vegetation
mapping, biomass assessment, watermark mapping and coastal watch/monitoring.
