There are many methods
for creating spatial information – using satellite imagery,
digitising paper maps, geocoding databases etc.
Sometimes you just have to go out and collect the data you need.
Our team has many years of experience in designing the most efficient
and effective methods of collecting spatial data - whether it be
checking the spatial or attribute accuracy of existing data or collecting
new data.
Whenever possible we use Global Positioning Systems (GPS’s)
to collect location data. GPS data is readily incorporated into
GIS systems.
